FAQ
Refunds: Refunds are accepted for store credit only; and you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be returned within 7 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location.

Exchange: No exchanges, store credit only! 

Accessories & Sale Items: All jewelry, accessories, hand bags, and clothing items that you purchase on sale are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. 

Damages: any items received damaged must be reported the same day as you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to bbboutique_20@yahoo.com or messenger on www.facebook.com/bb.boutique75 and we will get back in contact with you within 24 hours. A picture of the damaged item is required for a full refund. Please note some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting, this is not considered a damaged item.
